Baltimore Beat has worked with Wide Angle Youth Media as a retainer client through the Baltimore News Collaborative which has enabled many projects done between the organizations. The projects include various issue covers as well as editorial designs and social media campaigns.

Special Issue Cover Designs
The Baltimore Beat often runs special issue edition of their newspaper with cover designs that break beyond the boundaries of their standard issues. Some of the issues I've had the chance to design for include the 2024 Best Of issue, the 2025 Valentines issue, the Uprising issue, and the 2025 pride month issue.







Best Beats
A design system was created for the Baltimore Beats monthly music highlight. The design direction was made to keep the system versatile and easy to template for client use.



Summer Jam Proposal
This proposed concept for Baltimore Beat's annual Summer Jam embraces the bright energy and culture of Baltimore's music scene.


Bail Reform Editorial
It's a common tradition to collect souvenirs when traveling, so it's only fitting that the graduating cohort as well as exhibition visitors receive their own Departures themed souvenirs! These include items such as custom T-Shirts, Water Bottles, Keychains, Origami Handouts, with more items to come.
